Canoeing is practiced on a calm part of river, for discovering a rich environment in flaura and fauna.
Paddle will test your balance! It is a water sport consisting of moving upright on a board using a paddle. A new vision of the river to fully appreciate this exceptional natural setting.
These refreshing activities will give you a pure moment of escape. Renting will allow you to discover this exceptional environment at your own pace.
2 ways to live an amazing canoeing experience:
Supervised canoe trip
The instructor will take the time to familiarize you with the boats and teach you the basic techniques. He will always be there to ensure your safety on the canoe and will share with you his knowledge of the river, the flora that surrounds it, and the animals that live there!

Renting will allow you to discover this exceptional environment at your own pace.

Supervised canoeing and paddleboarding excursions on water will only be possible with a minimum of 6 participants.

The course
5 km
Departing from “Lîle Ô Pagaies” in Vernajoul, you can sail to the electric dam of the Labarre lake. The course is a 5km loop. You can tour the big island and perhaps see the dipper, the coot or the moorhen!

What do you need?
Concerned about your comfort and safety, Rock and Roll Rafting provides you with life jackets (CE standards).
Don’t forget your swimwear, closed shoes (such as trainers), sunglasses and a hat.

Confident swimming at least 25 meters and comfortable being immersed in water.
