L’île Ô Pagaies is an outdoor base located next to the historic Château de Foix, in the town of Vernajoul. In the cool shade of the lime trees, on the banks of the Ariège River and the greenway, come discover this green oasis and the activities we offer!

program:
Learn to kayak, stand-up paddleboard on flat water, and why not try some whitewater? It will also be an opportunity to discover the river’s natural environment through games and field observations.

What do you need?
Concerned about your comfort and safety, Rock and Roll Rafting provides you with life jackets (CE standards).
Don’t forget your swimwear, closed shoes (such as trainers), sunglasses and a hat.

Confident swimming at least 25 meters and comfortable being immersed in water.
