Discover the Ariège in an inflatable canoe
The inflatable canoe or cano-raft is the 2-seater version of rafting, so the
course will be more physically demanding. Indeed, installed
in the boat in pairs, you will learn to steer the cano-raft on the Ariège and to
manage the propulsion with your double paddles. This refreshing activity will
give you a lot of sensations, based on a real technical training. The instructor
will always be there to supervise you and ensure your safety.

Meet at the finish of the rafting course, chemin du Chêne Vert, Vernajoul
3 hours of activity: about 2 hours on the water and 1 hour of preparation and information

Meet at the arrival of the rafting course at 9.45am, chemin du Chêne Vert, Vernajoul
Morning Rafting discovery of the river and afternoon sport in Canoe (same route morning and afternoon)

What do you need?
Concerned about your comfort and safety, Rock and Roll Rafting provides you with neoprene wetsuits and socks, jackets or windbreakers, helmets and life jackets (CE standards).
Don’t forget your swimwear, towels, closed shoes (such as trainers), eyeglass cords and a change of clothes.
know how to swim
Confident swimming at least 25 meters and comfortable being immersed in water.

And closed shoes.

Minimum age of 12 for canoeing and kayaking.
medically fit
Have no medical restrictions to the practice of sport.
